I just had to write and tell you how much I enjoyed the class held in Woodville this weekend. It was packed with information that we can actually use and make money with!!!

Joe was great at teaching all the applications. It was clear and understandable to all. He is really a great instructor. I left excited about Renew-Crete and am right now taking the sink out of my kitchen to put down an overlay on my countertops and acid stain it! I feel armed now with knowledge I did not have before and found that I could have made some serious mistakes if I had not gone to class.

Again, thanks to all your crew that came here to teach us they were all just great! You have a friendly knowledgeable staff and should be very proud of all of them. I would also like to say that the new owners of Renew-Crete of Alabama are great guys too and they were wonderful hosts to us all. I’m personally glad they are here and look forward to working with them.

I just wanted you guys to know that I have been installing decorative stamped concrete for the past 22 years in New Jersey. I have attended many talks and seminars in the past years but have never had one presented by a more knowledgeable and respectful group of guys that gave this seminar. Joe was the best speaker I have ever heard and had answers to all the questions asked regarding your product as it pertained to installation. He left no stone unturned. You are lucky to you have him.

I have used other products in a limited way due to the difficulty in working with it and lack of support. I also swore that I would never do business with anyone from Florida again since I have been taken by a few companies in Florida. Feel real comfortable doing business with Renew-Crete. All the team that was at the seminar give off a feeling that they are not only trustworthy but honest to boot. I came to learn about installing and was surprised to learn more about marketing. Shawn was great. Great presentation. I learned more about how not to waste my time regarding marketing and specifically target marketing.

I have not been this excited about a product in years and only when I found out about stamping. If Renew-Crete overlays can do for me what stamped concrete has over these years it will be awesome.
By the way you have a great guy in Guy Ortiz. I have known him for a few years and like me, he is honest as the day is long. It’s an honor to know him and I look forward to doing business with him in the years to come. I think you will find him a huge asset to the Renew-Crete team.

We would like to take a minute to let you know just how much we have appreciated you over the past year. Ever since we attended your class and decided to incorporate a decorative line in our business, we have relied on your knowledge to help us through.

Joe, we have been to several classes just to gain knowledge and test out new products, but we have stayed with Renew-Crete because of you! You have always had an answer to every question that we asked. You never once treated us like we were idiots (and this is speaking from a woman), you have always maintained your patience with us.

You will never know just how much you have meant to us over this past year. We have come a long way in the decorative field and we owe a lot of the credit to you.

Bridgette, I feel like we should go to lunch each week! You are the kindest lady. I thoroughly enjoy our chats. When Joe isn’t around you are always willing to help us out. I greatly appreciate you too. Maybe we will come back down for another visit and we can do lunch then. You both are a big plus to Renew-Crete; I trust that they pay you what you are worth. I feel companies should know when they have employees that stand out. You both have truly been a blessing to us.

I have been an S.C. Highway Patrolman for 15 years and my wife has been a full time mom and part-time Chiropractic Assistant. We have been searching for something my wife and I could do on the side that would accommodate my full time work schedule and not have to quit my full time job with benefits.

While at a Christmas party at a friend’s house, I noticed a beautiful tile on the host’s porch, which was not tile., it was cement to my surprise. I was very impressed and looked into it further and found Renew-Crete Systems. After attending the class in Florida, it gave me the confidence and ability to start my own business and make money.

We started our own business in March and our business has been very successful. We have had no problem getting jobs. We do a job and the neighbors, friends or family come to us. The finished product sells itself and we have not had to advertise. We got our business by word of mouth.

My wife and I both work on the job together. While we are on a job site and we need to ask a question on something, Shawn or Joe are always willing to help. It’s nice to have someone you can call if you need that extra assistance.

Renew-Crete Systems has always made us feel like part of the company and continues to give us full support in our business.

I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the Renew-Crete Product training seminar. In the first 15 minutes, I know I had spent my training money well. Something that would have taken me probably a year or more to learn, “Sell by sample,” was great advice. That was just the beginning of providing a large amount of practical information and coaching to meet customer’s expectations and leave them with a great job. Joe’s passion in the training sessions was infectious. His experience that he effectively shared was very beneficial. The low/no pressure sales of the selling tips and your own experience. I am very excited about starting my own projects at my home and using them as a showcase for the product when I start my business with customers.

I just wanted to say Renew-Crete and PDCS are great companies with great products!

I started with the complete curb/decorative concrete package after I looked at about 10 different companies and they have the best and the most complete packages I’ve seen. I’ve been to four of the training days w/ Shawn, Joe, Rich, Dave, Tom, and Darrin.

These guys and the days I’ve spent with them will change my life as an small business owner! I am so busy at this point, I have to tell customers that it might be a week before I get to their house! I work and write estimates 7days a week and about 9 plus hours a day… With these tools and skills that I’ve bought and learned from the classes at Renew-Crete and PDCS, I don’t think there is a better company for these products out there!
