Renew-CreteŽ Liquid Release is a parting agent used
to keep texturing mats from sticking to the still
plastic concrete. It also prolongs the life of
the texturing mats by decreasing the friction
between the texturing mat and the concrete. It
forms a lubricating and parting barrier separating
the texturing the concrete from the texturing
mats.
Using a
pump type sprayer, like our SP-35WC
liberally spray a mist of Renew-CreteŽ Liquid
Release on colored concrete where you are going to
place the next few texturing mats. Do not
apply over an area of more then ten or fifteen
square feet as the Liquid Release may evaporate
before the mats are placed over it.
To
maintain the integrity of the concrete surface, do
not trowel or in any way mix the Liquid Release with
the surface. To make corrections on the still
plastic concrete use the texturing mat and
press out the unwanted impression. No removal
of Liquid Release is necessary. When the
texturing application is completed, wash off the
Liquid Release from the texturing mats using soap
and plain water.
Renew-CreteŽ Liquid Release is formulated to
be used with most texturing mats. However,
test a little on texturing mats to insure
compatibility before using.
